Are all the mascot costumes shown in your range in stock.?
Because we have such a large range of costumes, it is impossible to have all characters in stock, we indicate in red next to a costume description if it is available immediately, other costumes may be ordered and delivery can be expected within 5-10 days. If you require a Mascot for a specific date, we suggest you contact us first to check the delivery times.
What size do the Mascots costumes cater for ?
Each costume is made to fit an adult of up to 6ft 2 ( 1m60-1m90) of a medium /large build. An internal tummy cushion is included to plump the costume out if required. The costumes are generous in size.
What are the specifications of the costumes ?
Our manufactured Mascot collectionare made of high quality imitation fur. They are made without any hard elements to avoid injury and are extremely durable.They have a unique shoe covering systems. enabling the performer to wear their own shoes. Bespoke costumes are handcrafted using materials such as foam and fur materials. Care should be taken when wearing a mascot costume and naked flames should be avoided at all times.
Are they washable ?
Yes the costumes can be washed at 30 degrees, or dry cleaned, the head included, for in between uses, we suggets you air and brush fur pile bodies, and use a damp cloth to wipe away any small stains. Every three months or 10 uses, we suggest a thorough clean.
We offer a specialised cleaning service where this can be arranged for you if required.
Can I have a costume on next day delivery ?
For costumes in stock or from our hire range, orders placed before 2pm ( excluding fridays) will have Parcelforce 24hr service, for delivery the next day. Our delivery charge is £15.00
I have seen a costume I like but the colours are not suitable can these be changed ?
Yes and In some instances we are able to change colourways free of charge. please contact us.
Do you offer any guarntee on the mascots ?
We cannot guarantee the performace of a mascot costume due to the nature of their use, however if an item is damaged. missing or incorrect, on arrival we will of course offer to replace it or issue a full refund.
Do you offer any trade discounts or credit facilities ?
We do operate a loyalty scheme for TV and film productions or similiar that use our services, as well as other corporates. with a 30 day credit faciltiy and discounts on multiple purchases/Hires
What is your returns policy?
We offer a refund on costumes supplied if they are damaged or faulty or incorrectly supplied notice must be given to us upon receipt for us to arrange collection within 7 days. Goods returned after this time will incur a 10% re-stock charge and return carriage will be at the expense of the customer . A 50% non refundable deposit is required on bespoke costumes prior to order production.
