Q- What size do the Mascots costumes cater for ?
A- Each costume is made as standard to fit an adult of up to 6ft 2 ( 1m60-1m90) of medium to large build. An internal tummy cushion is included to plump the costume out if required. The costumes are generous in size.

Q- What are the specifications of the costumes ?
A - Our manufactured Mascot collection are made of high quality imitation fur. They are made without any hard elements to avoid injury and are extremely durable.They have a unique shoe covering systems. enabling the performer to wear their own shoes. Our hand crafted range of costumes are constructed from materials such as foam and fur materials , the heads are modelled using light foam pattern pieces and the shoes are supplied with rubber soles.

Q -Are the pattern stock costumes washable ?
A- Yes the costumes can be washed at 30 degrees, or dry cleaned, the head included, for in between uses, we suggets you air and brush fur pile bodies, and use a damp cloth to wipe away any small stains. Every three months or 10 uses, we suggest a thorough clean.
We offer a specialised cleaning service where this can be arranged for you if required.

Q-Can I have a costume on next day delivery ?
A- For costumes in stock or from our hire range, orders placed before 2pm ( excluding fridays) are available for next day delivery , made to order items have a longer delivery timescale depending on the costume , we have indicated delivery times against each costume design

Q- I have seen a costume I like but the colours are not suitable can these be changed ?
A- Yes and In some instances we are able to change colourways free of charge. please contact us.

Q- Do you offer any guarntee on the mascots ?
A - We cannot guarantee the performace of a mascot costume due to the nature of their use, however if an item is damaged. missing or incorrect, on arrival we will of course offer to replace it or issue a full refund.

Q- Do you offer any trade discounts or credit facilities ?
A- We do operate a loyalty scheme for TV and film productions or similiar that use our services, as well as other corporates. with a 30 day credit faciltiy and discounts on multiple purchases/Hires

Q- What is your returns policy?
A -We offer a refund on costumes supplied if they are damaged or faulty or incorrectly supplied notice must be given to us upon receipt for us to arrange collection within 7 days. Goods returned after this time and before 14 days will incur a 10% re-stock charge and return carriage will be at the expense of the customer . Made to order items and customised goods are not eligible for a refund unless faulty . A 50% non refundable deposit is required on bespoke costumes prior to order production.

Health and Safety advice.

Only persons over the age of 18 should perform in a mascot costume.

Naked flames should be avoided at all times.

Vision and hearing may be impaired whilst in costume and we recommend a mascot handler in attendance to ensure safety for the performer and the audience.

Fur bodies and foam shaped costumes can become warm, frequent breaks are recommended and plently of fluids should be consumed to avoid de-hydration for additional comfort we recommend our Kool Jacket with 10 ice inserts, please see our mascots extra shop.

Large feet can be hazardous, care should be taken at all times whilst wearing a mascot costume and attempting obstacles.
